Tip of the day! How runners can lose fat.

According to Amby Burfoot “Eating less and running more and more doesn't work.” She says: "The more you exercise and the less you eat, the more likely your body is to hibernate.” (The Runner's World Complete Book of Running, edited by Amby Burfoot). So, keep your meals up but eat more in the beginning of the day, to fuel your body for the day, and eat less the end of the day! Good Luck to all runners who want to loose weight!
